The Nilaveli area attracts those interested in water sports, and a snorkeling trip at Pigeon Island is a popular choice for a day outing.

9 kms to the south is Uppuveli, where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Trincomalee War Cemetry, a well kept place that is dedicated to those who died in the Second World War, irrespective of their creed or nationality.

The guest house is by the main B424 Pulmoddai Road – that is the main coastal road along the east coast. Heading north, go past Nilaveli Palm Resort and Nilaveli Palm Villa on the left.
