This three bedroom guest house has three double rooms. Two look out onto the restaurant area and the third is inside the house.
There is no AC in that Ella has a respectively mild climate, and does not require it.
All rooms come with private attached bathooms with hot water shower facility.
Rooms are sold on a bed & breakfast basis, so breakfast is included.
The guest house is off the Wellawaya Road, which is the main road that runs through Ella. It is up a small hill along with many other guest houses.

This guest house has 6 rooms. On offer are double rooms and triple rooms with one double and one single bed.
There is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. They either have a wall fan or a stand up fan. This is quite normal for Ella, as it is does not get as hot as other parts of Sri Lanka.
All the rooms have mosquito nets to ensure you get a good nights sleep. Feel free to use them if you wish.
All rooms also have private attached bathrooms. They consist of wash basin, mirror, toilet, douche and a hot water shower.

Rooms do not have AC but this is normal in Nuwara Eliya because the weather here is a lot colder than other parts of Sri Lanka, especially in June, July and August.
In April it is festival time and there are many competitions to enjoy. Boat racing on the lake, golf tournaments and horse racing are popular. It is the time of year when school has finished, and foreigners and locals come together to enjoy the festivities. Everything has an English air about it from the marques selling cupcakes to other stalls selling sweets and toffees.
There are many good restaurants to try too. There is the Grand Indian in the Grand Hotel, and at the Hill Club gentlemen are required to wear jacket and tie. English protocol demands it. However if pizza is your passion, go no further than Samiyra Restuarant. It is only a hut like structure but the pizzas are fabulous.
The Pello Lake Resort is a good clean hotel or as another guest remarked – “Convenience, Service, Value For Money”.
There is plenty of car parking space in front of the hotel.
The Oakwood Inn of Kandy has 5 rooms, all named after colours. There is the brown room, the green room, the pink room, the black & white room and the blue room. There is also a maroon room but this is used for drivers’ accommodation.
