When you arrive into the beautiful gardens of the venue everything is set out beautifully; small bowls with spices, basket of vegetables etc, just like a cooking show.

Madu is welcoming, professional, relaxed and speaks perfect English. After demonstrations she will allow you to take over. Most of the vegetables are fresh from her own garden and the spices are all dried and prepared at the guest house.
