The hosts are a lovely Sri Lankan family, Jude, his wife and eldest daughter Anne ( of whom the property is named after) who will look after your every need.
Jude is in fact an amazing chef, he is working in one of the top hotels in the area. He can provide you with breakfast including juices, fresh fruit, eggs and toast etc for a local price of 1000 rupees (7 euro) per person or continental breakfast for 600 rupees (5 euro) per person.
St. Anne’s Lane is a quiet street located behind ” beach road” therefore making the beach just a 5 minute walk away and all the bars and restaurants of Negombo just a short 7 minute walk away.
The Dutch Canal is behind the property and canal trips can be organised for you.
The property is located in an area called Palagathura junction which is basically located at the north end of “beach Rd” which is the main strip with all the bars & restaurants.
In the last 12 months Palagathura junction has been transformed and now comprises of some of the best bars & restaurants in Negombo. However with a huge difference than the rest of Negombo, better quality and lower prices than the established bars like Lords, Rodeo & Serendip which are situated near to Jetwing Blue.

Strongly recommend using Andy when you first get into town and then onwards. The room was as described, great on site host. Great spot to over night and worth it for the hassle free factor you get with Andy helping you out- his driver Raj come also highly recommended for the extended drive up country.
Lovely house in Negombo,this family is so nice,dad tell us how to travel in Sri Lanka,mum cook delicious sea food for us,daughter is so beautiful but shy. Their house is 400 metres away from the beach,our room is in upstair,there is a balcony,we can feel the sunshine,hear the birds singing,take a fresh air-breath when we wake up in the morning.This house also like a little zoo,i can see many small animals everywhere,like ants,gecko,and i like this natrural and local experience.Thanks for Andy’s providing,we appreciate the house-owner’s helping us.
Villa Kaetana Lanka, located in a heavenly place called Unawatuna. The villa is surrounded by palm trees, flowers, fruit trees with a gorgeous view of the rice fields on which the stately peacocks walk. Squirrels are jumping on the trees, parrots and migratory birds feed on fruit trees.
